They are very COVID safe with excellent plans in place, even if it did take a little while to get started on their first day - but understandable. The service was excellent - very friendly, attentive and polite. My first visit there with my son - won't be the last. Thank you!

had a bit of trouble with my payment at Nando’s Loughton the system seemed to throw my order out and I wasn’t entirely sure what happened, confusing butthe staff were incredibly patient attentive, and understanding throughout. They were so nice and went above and beyond to help me sort it out. really lovely team definitely recommend this location for their excellent service x

I came in nandos at a busy/peak time friday night, I was seated fairly quickly considering how busy it was and ordered through the code you get given. I received my dinner within 10 minutes of ordering and may I tell you this now, the food was GREAT, I got a half chicken medium and how amazing it tasted was beyond what words I can say right now, my Chips was perfectly cooked and my rice was a comfortable temperature to not burn or for it to be too cold! 10/10 food quality and Speed! My only issue was the staff who were doing the service, i noticed it was quite busy with all the people. coming in and a few members of staff were just talking to eachother, resting by the wall. Other than that, my experience was great!! Would come here again!

Had a lovely meal at Nando’s! Food was absolutely outstanding! Although we did get a full refund for our meal. Due to a computer error that did not put a meal through . Waited for almost an hour for. But with that being said the manager took his job seriously and allowed us to continue with our meal being priorities and a full refund. All staff including the manager were polite. Will definitely come again! Thank you so much
